France passes bill banning disposable ecigarettes

According to the Associated Press, the #French National Assembly unanimously passed a bill banning disposable e-cigarettes to protect teenagers and the environment.

The bill was passed with 104 votes in favor and 0 votes against. The bill to #ban disposable e-cigarettes will now go to the Senate and could take effect in September #2024. Disposable e-cigarettes are particularly popular among young people because of their sweet taste.
